How To Order Online

Robots Direct would like to reassure you that all internet orders are safe.  Our online shopping cart system uses only the highest level of Internet SSL Encrypted Security and is approved by all major card providers.

Your payment will be processed by PROTX, a leading UK payment service provider (VERISIGN SECURED).  You can be assured that by using our online ordering system we will not have access to personal card details at any time as they are securely routed to your card issuing bank for instant verification and payment approval.

Follow these simple instructions to order your robots: 

• Select item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking on the “BUY” icon.  These items will then be displayed in your shopping cart.
• To view your shopping cart at any time click “CHECKOUT-PAYMENT” icon.  You can use the “UPDATE TOTALS” icon to increase or decrease the quantity of a product you are ordering.
• To delete an item , “ TICK SELECTION ”, press “ DELETE” icon.
• You can continue shopping by clicking the “CONTINUE SHOPPING” icon.
• Once you have finished shopping click on “CHECKOUT” icon.
• You will then be taken to the page where you will provide correct registered card holders name and address in the “Billing Information” section.  Please ensure this information is entered accurately otherwise your transaction may be delayed or declined.
• You can enter a different address for delivery in the “shipping address” (if different) section. 
• We reserve the right to refuse an order if we consider it to be an unacceptable security risk.
• Now click on “CHECKOUT” icon.  You will be asked to confirm the final total of your order.  Once confirmed, click "CHECKOUT".
• You will be taken to the Protx secure server form where you will fill in your card details. You will notice the secure padlock symbol in the lower right of your computer.
• Press “PROCEED” icon to initiate card payment and complete your order.

SECURITY NOTICE: 

Additional security checks are performed on all orders received, before any goods are despatched.  Please be aware that incorrect card details ie. NAME, CARD NUMBER AND ADDRESS will result in delays/or your order declined.  We are always happy to help; however, card misuse will not be tolerated. 

These checks do not affect your statutory rights, but help prevent fraud.

• We must receive payment for products and delivery charges (if applicable) before we can accept your order.
• If successful, you will shortly receive an email confirming your order.
