DELIVERY OF GOODS

We deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery times are calculated in working days i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or national bank holidays).  In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra 2 working days. 

From receipt of your order, we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 3-5 working days, once relevant credit checks have been met.

Goods delivered by Royal Mail courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday - bulky items must be signed for by an adult.  If you are out at the time the courier arrives, a card will be left regarding collection/redelivery.

Please be aware that special orders may take a couple of weeks to arrive (we will inform you of this at time of order).

We will do everything we can to meet our delivery times and most will arrive within 7 days.  However, circumstances beyond our control do occur – severe weather, postal strikes and robots running amok …..

Here at Robots Direct, we keep life simple!  One price for delivery charge per order - only £4.95 for UK.
